While our initial dealings with Diamond Brothers were seemingly professional when having the external painting of our 6 unit/apartment complex completed, subsequent communication regarding having paint bubbling on the front fence rectified has been disappointing. Diamond Brothers attempted to rectify this issue, however not to a satisfactory standard with subsequent paint bubbling occurring and colour mismatch.Given this is the front facade of the complex, this issue has diminished the quality of the complex. Diamond Brothers has cease communicating with our body corporate committee regarding this issue and paint bubbling continues to occur.

The Diamond Brothers ShineWe discovered the Diamond Brothers when we saw them working on a nice Queenslander on Dornoch Terrace, Highgate Hill. They had their A-frame sign out promoting their business and were all hard at work. Having a classic Queenslander ourselves, we wanted someone with experience to look after our place.The service we received from the very first call to Danny was exceptional. He came and quoted when he said he would, then went to work quickly once we'd signed up. Being Queenslander specialists gave us real peace-of-mindMores, who co-founded the Diamond Brothers along with Danny, ran the project on-site and did a great job keeping us informed along the way and showing remarkable attention to detail. Jason and Alex – the other Diamond brothers were just as friendly and professional. The team's colour consultant Lu came to the house with samples and gave us some great advice.From start to finish, the whole team were very professional and knowledgeable. There was no cutting corners. The Diamond Brothers did everything they said they'd do – and more – including a thorough tidying up at the end. They have genuine pride in their work (particularly with Queenslanders) and it was fantastic to sit back with the team, have a beer and just look at the remarkable transformation when the house was all done.There are some things you can't put in a quote, like the amount of pride, passion and professionalism you bring to a job. Just a short note to thank you for the most amazing garage makeover. I had an old, dirty and chipped cement floor and horrible red brick walls in my garage, which I’ve hated for years, but if you saw it now you wouldn’t believe it was the same place. The walls and especially the floor look great. The flecking and epoxy floor turned out better than I expected. It’s so clean and the whole garage now feels a lot bigger than it is. I’m extremely happy with the work by Diamond Brothers and would recommend their services to anyone.

We had our whole house painted inside and out. Our house was 17 years old and a bit tired so we decided to repaint and modernise the house both inside and out. Diamond Brothers were great to deal as we had some time constraints and we still needed to live in the house. BEWARE OF THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORKWe had used Diamond brothers in 2021 to do a full interior and exterior paint of our house paid about 33,000 for the job for a full size 5bed 3 bath double garage.The pricing was competitive.The colour selection and finish product look great.During the roof washing / “roof restoration” there was a leak with water ingress. Alex said not to worry and he would fix it. One year after the leak I began to notice water ingress slowly with possible moisture in the ceiling. We have got them back one year later to check but they said nothing was wrong and not to worry.4 years on with the recent rains it’s now properly came through.I got professional roofers to check and they found a broken tile loosely applied with silicon and on removal of this tile there was a torn sarking. This was probably there during Alex’s work but he did not fix it.Diamond brothers clearly have no professionalism and quality in regards to their roofing works. Beware.They do a good spray paint finish. But beyond that they are just merely using paint to cover up underlying works that they should have rectified during their job.There are other areas of the paint work that are poor quality. Little to no roll on painting hence the job internally and externally just appears aesthetically appealing but I can say after 4 years now it hasn’t lasted the time it should. I’ll probably be looking to get the painting done again to keep things well but definitely would not be looking for Diamond Brothers.

I would recommend for maybe easy jobs but definitely avoid them for exterior painting jobs. It’s really bought down the quality of our exterior after 2 years.2 years ago- Taped everything up well and no damage to furniture. Patched up significant damages in the house. Jason and his team who carried out the internal painting were incredibly hard-working and dedicated. Their detailed preparation was superb. All fittings, cupboards, and bench tops were carefully covered to protect them from the painting work. Their preparation included significant filling in of gaps in the VJ’s of our lovely old Queenslander which was a mammoth task. The care taken in undercoating with an oil based primer, and then professionally painting the well-prepared surfaces has resulted in an absolutely stunning result which has transformed our well-loved home! We used Diamond Brothers originally to quote for an external residential house paint. They ended up doing a roof restoration, fence repaint, external paint and driveway repair and repaint.Roof restoration was top quality and looks fantastic. We had help from Lu re colour coding which was different to any other company we spoke to. We went with her suggestion on colours.Painting quality was great with high attention to detail. We found them timely, professional, polite and pricing was competitive.Would highly recommend!

They also had been recommended which gave usconfidence we were engaging a quality company.Lu was efficient in the office with invoicing and scheduling payments and Danny was easily contacted when we needed to reconfirm starting times etc.Alex, Mores and Omid were the talented team who transformed our home. Couldn’t recommend Diamond brothers more. After two very poor previous experiences with painters, we were hesitant to engage a third in fear of a poor outcome and wasted money. We knew when Danny turned up to quote and displayed an unrivalled attention to detail and professionalism, we were finally onto a winner. The level of explanation and willingness to understand the outcome we were trying to achieve was nothing short of exceptional. The site posed some challenges with tight areas for access but they always had a solution. They were well priced, started ahead of schedule and finished ahead of schedule - they well and truly exceeded our expectations.Jason offered great advice on alternative ideas and different methods and his intimate knowledge / skill set was unbelievable - all while being relaxed and able to have a laugh! Almost every idea he had we took him up on and it added significant value to the outcome we were able to achieve. They were consistently clean and tidy, they took genuine care of our property with nothing damaged and zero mess and they were respectful of our neighbours. They were flexible with access in and out of the house and even looked out for our dog while we weren’t there!I will only be using Diamonds Brothers for all my painting needs moving forward in both a residential and commercial capacity.A very pleased customer.
